At Le Marais' Hôtel de St-Aignan, dating back to 1650, the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaïsme explores the evolution of Jewish communities since the Middle Ages up until present times, with particular focus on French Jewish history. Highlights include documents on the Dreyfus Affair, artworks of Chagall, Modigliani and Soutine, as well as creative workshops for children, adults and families, plus excellent rotating exhibitions.
